Shipping Policy

All your orders can be sent in 2 different ways: Express and Standard.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

The orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days, arriving 5-10 business days after its shipping date.

You will be given a tracking number, with which you can track your order at your local Post Office anytime you want.

This number will be available 2 business days after the package was shipped.

Once the package arrives to its destination, the person that receives it needs to sign a Confirmation of Receipt.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The orders are sent between 1 and 2 business days after you request it online.

They will arrive within 12 to 25 business days after the shipping day.

You will need to sign a Confirmation of Receipt.

NOTE: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Processing time is 2 business days. If you order branded and generic medications in the same request, they will be packed separately, and will not arrive on the same day. If you ask for a large amount of medications, they will be shipped in 2 different packages, which will not arrive at the same time.
